Please visit our Wish Lists at Amazon and/or Chewy.com where we list specific items which we need to benefit the animals. These range broadly, but include supplies for cleaning, medication, food, toys, office items, etc. Because we are an all volunteer organization, we have no salary costs. Our major expenses are veterinary care and ongoing costs for supplies. By visiting our Amazon Wishlist you can help directly with our supply needs.
Thank you for your donation to Crestwood Animal Shelter. The links to the Wish Lists are below.
We will have a tent at the Sappington House Country Craft Festival scheduled for Sat and Sun , April 24-25, 9am - 3 pm.

One of our volunteers, Charlie F, is offering an Eastern Bluebird or a Barred Owl Nestbox in appreciation for your donation to Crestwood Animal Shelter (CAS) of $45 or $55 or more, respectively. The Eastern Bluebird is the Missouri state bird. The Barred Owl is a native owl species common in the St. Louis area.
The adjacent photos show a beautiful female (with nesting material) and a handsome male setting up home in Charlie’s backyard in Crestwood this past spring.
The Eastern Bluebird nestbox is built according to the field-tested, time-proven Gilwood Nestbox design featured at this link (http://nestboxbuilder.com/nestbox-article-gilwood.html). Each bluebird nestbox comes with a long-lasting PVC roof, 5-foot mounting pole and 3-foot iron rebar stake for easy mounting. The ideal location for a bluebird nestbox is to face east into an open area.
The Barred Owl nestbox is built according to the field-tested, time-proven Maley Nestbox design featured at this link (https://wildlife.state.nh.us/nongame/documents/owl-boxes-maley.pdf). Owl nestboxes are usually mounted in trees or on the side of buildings. Mounting for the owl nestbox is not included in this offer.
These offerings are strictly for Crestwood Animal Shelter (CAS) fund raising purposes and are intended for educational and not-for-profit use. All materials and labor are donated by Charlie F. Your funds donated to CAS go entirely (100%) to animal care and feeding, including veterinary costs.
Neither CAS nor Charlie F. assume explicit or implied warranty or liability for the installation or use of the nestboxes.
The nestboxes are available by local contactless delivery or pick-up in the St. Louis area. No shipping is available.
Supplies may be limited depending on demand. Please complete our Nestbox Form located here today to arrange details for your order for one or more nestboxes for an agreed delivery date.

Crestwood Animal Shelter is a non-profit, 501(c)3 organization and as such relies on donations and charitable contributions to help our animals.
We receive donations and contributions through our official business organization Friends of Animal Control and Rescue (FOACAR).
There is a clearly marked donation box just outside the gate of the shelter for drop-off donations. We accept all donations excluding pillows, sheets or litter boxes.
At the moment we are very much in need of Clorox wipes to keep the shelter virus free for our animals and volunteers. Please place any Clorox wipe supplies in the donation box.
Some companies will match personal donations by their employees. Please check with your company to see if they participate in such a program!
